Filtering and Sorting Admin Column and Custom Field

    Hello,

    how can I show a Custom Field in the admin column, and better also filtering for values found in this field.

    I am using Types to make different page types, so the field looks like wpcf-fieldname_language. Is there a Plugin to do this. of any function code?
