Filterable (optional) AND Searchable

Hi, Urgent. Any can help me on the optional field.
If i only have 1 field for searchable and filterable , it work ok for me.
If i got 2 field with searchable and filterable, it always show me no record found.
Can any one explain for me how is filterable and searchable work?
I need to have few field on top as filterable criteria before export the report.
