    Hi @kyleslamdot

We have checked the site, and there are two options:

    1) The product category pages contain unique queries, in this case, you cannot filter them with the free version of the plugin.

    2) You need to choose the correct post list (query) in the Filter Set settings in the “What to filter” section. You need to make sure that you have selected the correct post list in order for it to be filtered.

    Hello,

I appreciate your quick response. We have done some more troubleshooting on our end and we are still unable to get the plugin to work.

The main query on the category archive pages is clean and unmodified.
The only option we have under What to filter is Posts list <<Products>> Main Query.
The filter is setup using two ACF custom fields meta keys.

Does the free version filter work with ACF custom field meta keys? It was working up until recently.

    Hi @kyleslamdot

Yes, the free version works with ACF custom fields. Try fully deactivating all other plugins on the site, turning off object cache and any other type of caching, and using the default 2025 theme, WooCommerce, and our plugin. It is important that caching is not only cleared but fully turned off during this process.

Then go to the filter set and place it on the exact category page in the “Where to filter” section such as “Product categories + Required category name”, the one you sent us the link to. Choose the required posts list and click the Update button. After that, go to the page and try the filtering.

Object caches can cache all of the queries across pages, and other plugins or themes can apply modifications that may cause such behavior. If this is happening, the filters might be completely ignored.

    Best Regards,
    Victor
