Filter restaurant menu

Hi, I use the filter menu in my site but i have 2 problem:

1) I want to remove the full menu (all) but only displays the various filters (appetizers, main courses, etc.)

2)il mio menu è a 2 colonne, nell’impaginazione saltano i box di alcuni prodotti, come se ci fosse un box nuovo
