Filter not filtering

    Hello
    I added the filter to the page:
    https://dermarollerclinics.com/shop/
    You can see it after all the products
    Clicking on a category shows the spinner but doesn’t filter the products.
    For example, there is only 1 product in the “Wrinkles” category, and filtering that category still displays all products.
    Could you help?

    Hello Dan,

    How are you outputting the products?
    Free version of the plugin is not working with shortcodes. I see that filters see the products but cannot influence them.

    Thanks for getting back, correct I am using a shortcode:
    [products per_page="25" columns="5" orderby="menu_order"]

    Is there way I can evaluate the paid plugin to see if it’s working before purchasing?

    Dan,

    You can use “try in admin” option to check the shortcode – https://berocket.com/product/woocommerce-ajax-products-filter#try-admin

    You will get private demo where you can add/edit the shortcode and test it.

    And to add “All” to display all products?

    Dan,

    You can use links. Checkboxes can be hidden with custom CSS.

    “And to add “All” to display all products?” – you mean remove applied filters? There is a widget that shows applied filters with option to remove all filters.

    We have support forum for people who purchase the plugin(s).

    There you can create a ticket. Private or public.

    Other way is email support.
