Filter for translated download iD

    Can we add this line to DownloadHandler after Find real ID block (line 309)?
    If we use Polylang for example there are no way to get translated file
    $download_id = apply_filters( ‘dlm_download_id’, $download_id, $raw_id , $this->ep_value);
