Filter Disappearing

I have the filter in place and I am trying to use the shortcode, I have the page set up as:

[products columns=”5″  paginate=”false” use-sorting=”false”  category=”34-premium-dog-collars” filter-id=”336148″]

and I have a list like this with the filter ID matching the ID of the filter I want to use.

this is the filter shortcode which I have at the top and I am trying to pull into a widget location:

[br_filter_single filter_id=336148]

the filter shows up and disapears quickly after load.

right now I am testing in 2017 and cannot get the code to work.
