Thank you for making this nice plugin.

Can you tell me what php code to add if I want the footnote text to appear only on posts (not pages) and only on posts by a certain author?

it is a bit complicated. I may incorporate it in upcoming release.

Version 2.0 is now released. You can choose not to display footnote on the page or home.

Just tried the new update and it’s working great! I’m using it to make a bitcoin tip box on my posts.
