Filezilla not communicating – Firewall Issue?

    I am trying to communicate to my website via FTP filezilla. I can connect through the site manager

    however as seen im not seeing any of my directory listings where i would imagine to see the wordpress website i have create with the base theme.

    I have tried to run the network configuration wizard and getting the response

    Response: 331 Give any password.
    PASS 3.15.0.1
    Response: 230 logged on.
    Checking for correct external IP address
    IP xxx.x.xx.xx bhe-b-je-bi
    Response: 200 OK
    Failed to create listen socket, aborting
    Connection closed

    Can someone help me out? ive been searching the fourms and internet all day with no avail.

    You’ll have to contact your hosting provider about this. FTP isn’t a feature of WordPress, it’s a standard method of connecting to a server, so if something is blocking you, your best bet is to ask your hosting provider to fix it.

    Try changing the encryption setting to “Only use Plain FTP” in the site manager.
