Filesystem errors

    I’ve had a couple of FS problems, in the past couple weeks
    WP can’t open file, or can’t set permissions, and the host said nothing changed on the system.

    Today updating jetpack:

    Warning: copy(/home/u/public_html/personal/wp-content/upgrade/jetpack.3.5.2/jetpack/modules/minileven/theme/pub/minileven/header.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/u/public_html/personal/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line 231

    What can this mean? How can I diagnose the issue?

    have confirmed that the issue is with the web host Panthur and not wp. Once I moved to another host immediately everything works again and no errors anymore.
