Files not backed up?

    Hi, I use the latest plugin version on wp 5.2.2 and I backup most of the files and folders and the log states all is OK and files included, but in the actual output compressed file – I see only the root folder files, no sub-folders not their files… does it happen to others as well?

    are you in Windows? If so, Could you please try open the archive with Winrar?

    OK, with winrar all files are included. I use the latest 7-zip, where the files are not seen. I use a format of tar.gz.
    Why so?

    when you uncompressed the archive, all files in there. is it correct?

    Yes, looks so, but it is not good – something is wrong if a common freeware like 7zip cannot recognize correctly the output file’s content that the plugin creates. Something needs to be fixed here.
