Which kind of files do you have? Where did you get them from?

I had a Zip file.I got that file from my admin.
Expand the .zip file. Are there one or more .xml files and in there?

No, there is no .xml files james.I had like wp-admin, wp-content and wp-includes files.

Please upload it via google drive and let me check it files. There should be WP(wp-content etc.) and database files.

You have all of your blog files, specifically everything in the wp-content folder?
Do you also have a copy of your MySQL database?

Based on your guide link different server is ok. If same server in the sence what will do.
You don’t import the contents, you upload the files to the new server, just like you’d upload any files.

After upload to the server I am getting this error
“Error establishing a database connection”
Did you also move a copy of the MySQL database as instructed?
