File-Upload: need Solution for Searching

Hello,

I want to use an image-field for a Content-Type. There will be many Contents of that type and very many Images.

Therefore I need a possibility for search through all images in Media-Folder.

That could be: filename or Meta-Categories or “uploaded to this content”.

Any help?
