File upload Link not working

    Hi,

    I am using forminator free plugin on site it allows users to attach a file which theb sends in an email no problem at all but the link to image in email and submission page says file does not exist. Looking in content where link directs there is no image in the uploads folder what could be the issue here?

    Hi @kev2950

    I hope you are doing well today.

    In the first place please make sure to review your files and folder permission on hosting side. At the first look it seems this is permission issue. Generally, WordPress directory and folder permissions should be set to 755, and most file permissions need to be set to 644.

    Also, please export your form, upload it to google drive or dropbox and share a link in your next replay so that we could test your form on our side and see can we replicate this.
