File upload in mobile version doesn’t work | WordPress.org

Hey, guys! I am hoping to get help with the followitn issue. I have a Contact Form 7 that can upload files on desktop, but the upload doesn’t work in the mobile version. When I tap the upload button on mobile, nothing happens, the button just changes the color on click. I am using iphone to test the form as well as Firefox mobile simulation. Anyone has experienced this issue? Thank you!

Where on the site do you have the form having the issue?

Thank you for your reply! The form opens up on clicking the top right corner button that says “GET FREE ESTIMATE” in mobile version. I also used the MultiLine files for Contact Form 7 to add multiple files. It workes on the desktop, but does not in the mobile view. I believe it worked on mobile around two weeks ago. Thank you so much for your help!

I use theme called Pro developed by Theme.co

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Akismet, Flamingo, Sucuri Security and WooCommerce, and clearing all cache data.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
