    Good day,

First of all thanks a lot for such a powerful plugin with a lot of features and selections.

My question is that I have a large number of images, I want to use the file name or the post title as an input to save as an exif field, is this possible?
I need this to be automated or bulk processed, if bulk processed it has to be to a limit as I have 10k’s of images that I’d like to process, if not limited it’s going to create problems on server.

Can you help me with this?

    Thanks a lot and regards,

Thank you for your kind words regarding the plugin and for your question. Thanks as well for your patience while I was traveling and away from Internet access.

You wrote “save as an exif field“. I understand that to mean you want to alter the EXIF metadata stored in the image file itself, not any of the values in the WordPress database. Is that right?

If so, I regret that MLA does not contain any features that will help you. As you have discovered, MLA provides a lot of functions for managing and displaying Media Library values held in the WordPress database tables. I have never implemented any features that alter the “attached” file(s) for an item.

I am marking this topic resolved simply because the question has been answered. Again, I regret that the news is not better and I hope you find some other plugin or tool to accomplish your goal. Thanks again for your interest in MLA.
