File Manager: Edit and View features not available

    File Manager Edit and View functions are not available, f’rinstance, on a CSS file in my wp-content/themes/twentyeleven folder. The icons for both functions under “Ed” and “Vw” are missing – blank space for the entire folder’s contents.

    I double-checked the Configuration, and all boxes are checked, so both Edit and View should be enabled.

    Ideas?
