All of my files are now giving a “File Does Not Exist” error and I cannot figure out why. The download path that I’ve set is the correct one, and when I enter the download path for a file directly into a browser address bar, it pulls up the file with no problem.

The full download path is “www.ourdomain.com/public_html/wp-content/files/” and I have “/wp-content/files” as my download path, but it is not finding my documents for some reason.

It was working previously and I don’t believe that anything changed. I also updated to the most recent version of the plug in, but it’s still happening. What’s happening?

Are you sure your fill path is www.ourdomain.com/public_html/wp-content/files/ It doesnt look correct. Based on my experience, It is normally /home/username/www.ourdomain.com/public_html/wp-content/files

Well I’m not sure why it stopped working in the first place, but I got it fixed. Thanks
