Fields won’t disappear after message sent | WordPress.org

Hello, when a message is sent – the “message successful” message appears below the form (and I receive the email), however all fields of the form remain in place.

It’s a bit confusing because the success message can get cut off so it’s not obvious that it was sent.

Is there a way to update settings somewhere so that the success message appears in place? I swear it used to do this?!

I don’t see any issue with it, but if you want the form fields to disappear after submission, you can do that with DOM events and some simple CSS.

Or, use CSS:

}
```

But it’s not working. Am I doing something wrong here?
