    Hey,

    I’ve tried multiple tags for getting the custom fields on the registration from (appointment info) to show up in Admin emails, like:

    Email: {{bup_client_email}}
    Number: {{bup_client_phone}}

    But nothing seems to work for the form:

    Form: {{bup_client_form}}
    bup_field_value
    bup_client_field_value
    bup_desc (custom meta)
    bup_uultra-icon-question-sign uultra-tooltip2
    bup-custom-form-id

    Any help would be appreciated in getting the text entered in the field to show up in the admin email

  • @ksfshaolin,

    Thank you very much for your post.

    Custom fields within the email templates is available only on premium versions.

    Gotcha. No worries.

    Is there anyway to still see where that information goes when they enter it?

    As in, if they enter Appointment Info in the custom fields for details important for the appointment, can I still see that anywhere on the internal workings of the site/plugin?

    Thanks

    Yes, all custom fields are visible on the BUP Admin, just click on the BUP Dashboard and click on Appointments, then click on the edit icon, let me know if you can see the custom fields
