Fields disappear when exporting posts from Facebook Events

    The plugin works really well and I get all posts into Facebook Events, no problem. But if I VIEW the imported event in ‘Facebook Events’, then there is a big white field covering the text. Anyway – ‘Facebook Events’ is not the section supposed to show the Events in my website, it is ‘EVENTS’ in my dashboard that shows on my website – so I need to move all the events from ‘Facebook Events’ to ‘Events’ and this is where I am having some difficulties – because all the fields blocked by this white screen (mentioned earlier) disappear when I move these events to ‘EVENTS? Are these fields inaccessible? Are they restricted in access because this is not the PRO version. Does the PRO version release these fields? I am able to move the title, the picture, the date, the time, the content text – but I am unable to move the mad, the address and the Organizer? I cannot figure out why these fields are blocked – is it because I need to buy the PRO version? It would be great to have a heads up before I pay for the PRO version and it doesn’t work…!

    Hello Robert,

    First of all for fast support please contact on your website. We check org forum weekly so you may get delayed reply.

    I am not sure what you mean by big white fields please share screenshot if you can. You can import event into Facebook events (which is our default event management) and any supported leading Event calendar plugin. You just need to choose option while importing (or scheduling) import event where you want to import events.

    There is no such fields related restriction in free version. Whatever data imported you can move to another post type of your choice. You can find same in database also.

    Free version simple and easy way to import events while Pro has more complex importing functionality like you can import all your event at once or events from page like that.
