Field value based on conditions?

Does Caldera have the functionality to set a field value based on a condition? If I use the {Get} function to retrieve a value and put it into a field, is there a way to fill another field based on that value? Can I say, If field is A then new field is Bob, If field is B then new field is Sandy, if field is C then new field is Robert, etc.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
