Hi,
We believe that you might be using WooCommerce blocks on your website due to this reason the changes are not being reflected on the checkout page. Unfortunately, none of the plugins that customize the checkout page is not compatible with WooCommerce blocks.
Could you please check after creating the checkout page using the shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] and verify whether the changes are being reflected?
Thank you!
Exactly
I inserted the shortcode and created a new checkout page that replaces the default one so I can enter the field I am interested in.
but on the checkout page there is a ‘custom field’ which I cannot change in the plugin settings
how do i do that?
