‘field can’t be empty’ error – but fields aren’t empty

    Hi,
    the Register form is not allowing submissions, it shows an error on several fields – see screenshot https://prnt.sc/j15quu

    I also tried putting the form in a popup using the shortcode. That version of the form doesn’t show any error messages, it just reloads the empty form.

    I’d like to get this fixed, I’ve tried several Membership plugins which although they don’t have errors, their features aren’t as suitable for the site.

    THanks for your feedback. I managed to register with your form, you can find me as barbarasupsystic to make sure, and even managed with “dddd” “dddd” as at your screenshot! Could you please tell me more details on how to reproduce your problems – maybe some special steps should be done?

    Hi,
    Thanks for checking, but I had to replace the Supsystic form with a different Membership plugin, I’m not sure if it was that plug-in’s form you may have used.

    Yes, I didn’t pay an attention to that in hurry. It’s a pity you weren’t able to make our form to use, especially when you’ve estimated other benefits of our plugin.
