Fetch meta data from profile

I have a website where I advertise different trainings.
Each training has a specific page where the visitor will find dates for the training.

I want to create a editor page on front end, where I can assign users specific roles, so that they can access this editor page and edit dates for the trainings.

I thought I could do this by adding a field in the profile form. But when I fetch the meta data, it will only be visible to the logged in user.

I need it to be visible to everyone, also not logged in users.
But even if I choose this option “Everyone can see”, it is only logged in users that can see the field.
