    Hello, I have setup a few reoccurring billing plans inside of Braintree, however, when I go to WordPress > Products > click on Fetch Braintree Plans > It is not loading the plans.

    I have added multiple plans inside of Braintree, deleted those plans, and created new plans, and no matter what I do, I don’t get the plans to show up in the drop down box under Production Braintree Plans.

    Now, I have one plan that seems to be stuck in the system, that is showing up in the production braintree plans drop down, but the plan that is showing up, is not in the plan inside of the braintree gateway.

    I’ve deleted them all to try and start from scratch, but there is still the one that is stuck, no matter how many times I click on the Fetch Braintree Plans button.

    1. Why is an old plan still showing up after I’ve deleted all plans?
    2. What do I need to do to get all of the plans to become available in the drop down menu?

    Hi there,

    Based on your description of the issue, that does not appear to be our Braintree plugin, but rather a third-party one. Please go to your plugins page, and verify the plugin version and author name.

    Ok, yes, I see that. I’ll follow up with the plugin author. HOWEVER, follow up question.

    Inside of Braintree there is a section to create plans, and I can create multiple plans.

    How SHOULD I connect those subscription plans to Woocommerce? Does the Braintree plans require Woocommerce Subscriptions plugin to work properly?

    Hello there,

    WooCommerce does not utilize the built-in Braintree Subscription functionality; the billing schedule is handled by WooCommerce(using a Subscriptions plugin). So there is no importing of Subscriptions data from Braintree into WooCommerce.
