Felxo Archives Widget

My Felxo Archives Widget displays archives by year but when I click on a year it expands to show the months. How can I change this so clicking on a year goes directly to that year’s archive page? If I right click a year and open link in new window it works as I want: it goes directly to that year’s archive page.
