Hi @anefarious1 , did you do the maintenance?
Helpful -> Settings -> System -> Maintenance
Actually, a message should appear with every update, asking you to do so.
@anefarious1
4.0.8
– he maintenance procedure in the Helpful settings, which can be found there under System, now also checks whether the database tables exist and creates them if they do not exist.
– FAQ updated
I hope this solves the problem.
I updated to 4.0.8 and now I’m seeing it. I had tried the maintenance feature before but no luck. Must have been the update? Anyway wow, feedback also has a totally different look compared to pre-4.0!
I see my test feedback, but what’s weird is I’m also seeing old feedback (from 3 months back). I have reset the plugin several times so I’m surprised to see older feedback.
Anyway thank you!

@anefarious1 That’s correct. Helpful was previously a little buggy. With the update all found old entries will be added to the database. You would then have to delete them again manually. (recycle bin symbol)
Maybe remove the browser, language, and platform from the feedback entries if those are no longer in use. It would allow for easier viewing. Thanks again
@anefarious1 These entries will no longer be saved in future entries. Also gives fewer problems then.
