@paulinelephew
I am having technical issues with a feed and was about to ask the same question.
The plugin doesn’t seem to generate a feed URL as I can’t see it in the Data Sources of the Facebook Catalogue.
However, the plugin must produce a feed somewhere, so I’m keen to know the answer to this as well.
Kind regards,
Simon
Hi @paulinelephew
Thanks for your question.
Actually, the article you’ve mentioned from Facebook details the location of the feed URL.
So it’s here: Commerce Manager > select your catalog > to Data Sources.
The feed detail is shown there, which is generated automatically when you started connecting WooCommerce store to Facebook using this plugin.
Here is the screenshot where you can find it:

Please note, that the plugin, Facebook for WooCommerce, handles the update automatically (auto update) so no need for you to change anything.
FYI for you as well @harpo1984
Hi @solstudioim,
Thank you for this.
I was aware of this and I am not sure if the same goes for @paulinelephew but when expanding the options, there is no feed URL listed anywhere.
Update
Here is the response from Doug at WooCommerce support:
…I’ve heard back from the developers about this. They confirmed that the feed is uploaded to FB – we don’t send a URL but send the content. There are plans for feed-based sync but that isn’t available right now.
If you’re interested, you can see the progress via GitHub – https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/milestone/4
Kind regards,
Simon

Hi @harpo1984 also FYI @paulinelephew
So I’ve advised about where to find the info about catalog Data Feed in Facebook Catalog under Data Sources.
However, if you want to access your Facebook catalog data feed from your WooCommerce store directly, you can use this query:
https://YourWebsiteURL.com/?wc-api=wc_facebook_get_feed_data&secret=THE-SECRET-CODE-HERE
You can find the feed secret under http://YourWebsiteURL.com/wp-admin/options.php

Please note it’s just as FYI, you don’t need to update the feed manually to Facebook Catalog as the plugin handles it automatically either when you update your products in your WooCommerce store or you do manual resync through Marketing > Facebook > Product sync.
I hope that helps!
