Feed Rss 2 : edit rss page

Hi,
I use Mailchimp to send my weekly newsletter. In Mailchimp the RSS merge tags would only be able to pull in the various information into the campaign based on how things are displayed in the feed itself – unfortunately editing the feed wouldn’t be something easy.

I have 2 requests:

1. I added some code in the functions.php to grab 2 custom fields I have in all my posts and show up in the newsletter
How can I move one of them above the title? Which of two php should I edit?

2. I’d like to show the category name above each post, but in the feed-rss2.php if I move the category tag I have some problems, could you guide me in order to do that. It supposed to be within the “item”tag but I want to show it above the post box.
