Feed Not Validating

    Hey there!
    I’m trying to validate this feed, but it looks like there’s extra HTML going into the feed from Sermon Manager somehow? I’m getting this error: 

    
line 14, column 14: Undefined description element: p [help]

	<description><p>Sermons from Anchor Community Church in Long Beach CA</p>

    Also, from ITunes:

     Can’t submit your feed. There is no description tag in your feed, or the description tag is empty.
 Can’t download episodes from your feed.

    This is despite the fact that all fields are filled out in Sermon Manager.

    Okay, I reinstalled everything, and switched to a different website, and am now down to just the error: “Can’t Download Episodes from your feed”. Each sermon is linked to an mp3 file.

    I switched to this feed: http://sourcechurch.net/?feed=rss2&post_type=wpfc_sermon

    Any help with this?

    Hello!

    Regarding extra HTML, it’s just a matter of disabling option named “HTML in description” in Sermon Manager Settings -> Podcast.

    Regarding the issue of downloading the episodes, it’s because PodTrac is not configured correctly. You’ll need to log into your PodTrac account and whitelist your domain. If you don’t know how to do it, please contact PodTrac support or disable PodTrac tracking in same settings screen as for HTML descriptions.
