Feed not updating

Thought this plugin was great until my client told me it was only updating only every 2-3 days. I hadn’t noticed as if you were logged in to the WP control panel the Tweets were up to date. If, like 99.9% of visitors to the site, you weren’t logged in Tweets could be up to 3 days old. Posted problem on forum but not resolved so have had to remove widget and use the Twitter widget instead.
