When I installed this plugin, everything went flawlessly. Connection was easy. Setting up the widget was easy. After a few weeks we realized it was not automatically updating. I didn’t realize this was a pro version feature. OK, I get that. But when I tried to manually update the feed, it just sat there and spun saying “Downloading your latest posts… This may take 1-3 minutes.” It did finally update the posts, but the message is still there and it’s been like that for over a week. I’ve tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin. I’ve tried creating a new widget. I’ve cleared my page cache where the shortcode is added.

Hoping there is an easy fix for this. If not, I may just remove the feed as we can’t afford a paid solution right now but would have used this until we could.

    Hi @benicole

Thank you for reporting this issue.

The data file download may have been stuck because the domain had changed. We have fixed the problem on our side.

Your widget should refresh automatically within a few hours, so there is nothing you need to do.

    Kind regards,

Thanks for the response! When I login to my WordPress plugin settings it says I won’t be able to refresh for 10 days? Is this the restriction on the free plugin – you can only pull new posts every 10 days?

Since there was an issue, it hasn’t pulled a new post since February. It would be nice to update my feed sooner than 10 days if possible.

    HI @benicole

    Thanks for your follow-up.

The last time you clicked the Download button, the data file refresh got stuck on our side. We have fixed that issue, and the 10-day period starts from the fix. You will be able to use the manual download again once those 10 days have passed.

In the free version, manual refresh is limited. More frequent updates are available if you connect a supported social account, and daily refreshing is also available through our paid service.

    Kind regards,
