Feed empty

Hello, i updated to the current version on the 24th and now all of my feeds are empty. can you help figure out what is wrong?

Hi both,
In one of the previous releases we switched around the order in which rules and filters are being executed.
In the older releases this was the order:
- Filters first
- Rules last
Which we changed to:
- Rules first
- Filters last
This enables users to also create filters on the outcome of rules they created. As far as we are aware this should not result in feeds becoming empty.
Could you share some screenshots of the filters and rules you both created (if any)?

I had to rollback to the 7.7.7 version and delete and reapply the same filter I used before
Which is Category > equal to > category name > includeDid something happened with a value dropdown field? I couldn’t change category name until I deleted this filter and added it again

The problem it’s at XML. CSV works fineHi,
I don’t think this is related to our previous plugin but to the filter itself.
Try changing ‘Category’ to ‘Category (not used for mapping)’,like this:

If I don’t have filters/rules why doesn’t working?
My version is 7.7.9Mine is as well. Even feeds with just filters and no rules are empty.

In the filter, i changed ‘Category’ to ‘Category (not used for mapping)’ as you said and now the xml is populated with all my products

For me it’s the opposite, I have all products in my feeds buts it’s not good because my good old filters are not working anymore (Category and Availability).
Maybe you should do fewer updates, and more testing.

Could you try updating the plugin to version 7.8.1? It should solve the issue at hand.
