Feed Avatar not shown

Hi,

first of all, thanks a lot for that fantastic plugin, my customer loves it ! 🙂

I am currently facing a problem that some feed avatars are not shown after a while. For now I noticed it for instagram and facebook feeds. After rebuilding the feeds cache the avatar gets shown again.

Is that a know issue for now?
