Feed Appearance Different Than Single Post

I’m fairly new to WordPress and am still trying to get everything working in my theme properly. I’m trying to figure out how to create a multi-post page with a different post layout than my singles. Here’s how my singles look, which I’m fine with: http://thecrisisfilm.com/wordpress/updates/ro-spit-burn-rubber/
But I DON’T want them to display the same way on my main blog page. Here’s what I mean: http://thecrisisfilm.com/wordpress/blog/
I want my feed to show up real simple, like this:
http://www.nicekicks.com/
The main page and posts are much different. Any help?

ALSO:
I have my BLOG page set as my main posts page, but I also want my most recent posts to display here http://thecrisisfilm.com/wordpress/ on my homepage in the content area, to use it as a news feed. Help!
