Fed up of problems

I’m really fed up of issues I’m having with my WordPress through my managed WordPress system with GoDaddy. I just want someone who knows what they’re doing to help me and guide me with ways to fix my 503 service unavailable issue and also help me get the design I want. Can someone recommend the best way to get in touch with someone who has legitimate reviews and can help me with my WordPress without any agenda and without charging me a ridiculous amount of money?
