Features EMAIL LOG for free version are mis-leading…

    Did your dev team make the list of features included mis-leading on purpose? If you look at the title of plugin it says EMAIL LOGS in the list of features it talks about all the merits of EMAIL LOGS. Granted there is one short paragraph before that talking about why to upgrade to Pro.

    Why don’t you make it easier to see a clearly defined bullet list of features that are included with the free version and show which features in a bullet list are included in the Pro version. And have a compare features table with checkmarks Yes/No like other plugins.

    Went to the trouble of installing this only to find out EMAIL LOGS are a Pro feature. And besides that, somehow the All in One SEO plugin got installed and activated automatically… where was the opt-out for that?

    This plugin is sketchy….

    And we apologize for the confusion.

    Everything listed under the WP MAIL SMTP PRO heading are Pro features. Everything above that heading can be found in the lite version (the few exceptions are the mailers that have “[Pro]”next to them).

    Free Email Logging

    If you’re looking for a free email logging plugin, you can consider using WP Mail Logging.

    Setup Wizard (Additional Plugin Installation)

    Please note that the option to install AIOSEO as an additional plugin is only available in our Setup Wizard and only if that specific option is selected during the setup process.

    We apologize that this came off as a “secret installation”. We have several companion plugins that serve specific purposes, hence why the “Form” checkbox installs WPForms and the “SEO” checkbox installs AIOSEO.

    Once a specific option is selected and that plugin is not currently installed, we have corresponding text that relates to that particular plugin. For example, if “WordPress SEO Toolkit – Improve your website’s SEO ranking with our toolkit” is selected, this text will appear “The following plugin will be installed for free: AIOSEO”

    Our intention was to provide great starter tools for popular/related needs while keeping the option to uncheck or uninstall if anyone was already using an alternative.
