The featured post zones on my site are showing different size photos for the featured image for each post. I changed the size of each image to be exactly the same, but they’re still showing up that way. How do I fix it?

I had a look at your site and it seems the images in Featured Posts section are the same size. Please see this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/gucdhh
Could you please confirm that you managed this?
