    Hi Pepe,

    Yes, you can offer the featured listing as part of the workflow, not just an upgrade. You need to select “Offer featured listings during the submit process?” under Directory Admin->Manage Options, General tab (at the bottom). If you check that, they can add it on during the original submit process.
