Featured Image on Index Page

I previously saw on my home page the full versions of my Featured Images, but now they are showing up cropped. Is there a setting I am missing or do certain plugins interrupt that? Originally I thought Jetpack was causing the change in the Featured Image sizes, but I recently removed Jetpack completely and seen no change.
