Featured image not updating Facebook

Good morning,

I have been using SNAP for a number of years now without any real issue. However, I am now experiencing a problem which is causing a few issues for me.

I post an article on my website and SNAP does its thing perfectly. However, when I update the featured image, save the article and then hit ‘repost to Facebook’ as I have always done, the new featured image is not displaying on Facebook.

I’ve used this method of updating to Facebook with the latest image for years and it has always been instant. However now it seems I have to update the featured image, save the article, then go into Facebook debugger and re-scrape… wait a few minutes and re-scrape again then go back into the article and finally his ‘repost to Facebook’.

Any suggestions as to why this is? Why is it no longer instant?
