Featured Image? Issue
-
Hi guys, I know this probably sounds like (and perhaps is) a problem with the simplest solution in the world, but I can not figure it out for the life of me! I’ve recently added a Social Button share widget to my Magomra WordPress blog:
http://www.lightshineproductions.com/blog/
When you’re on the Home page of the blog, the Facebook Share button (on the bottom of the sidebar, as opposed to the follow button in the middle) always comes up with this old thumbnail of a pair of wedding rings, uses an old page title “Taking Video to the Next Level,” that I thought I had gotten rid of and changed, and pulls the description from the first blog post.
I know the thumbnail is something like: safe_image.php, but I have no idea where to find that, and believe, I’ve pored over plenty of indecipherable code, or how to change it even if I did manage to find it.
I’ve tried different Share widgets and I’ve tried some other plug-ins that claim to be able to change this kind of thing, but it either didn’t work or they required coding that was beyond my grasp. (Or maybe I was too frustrated to follow direction?)
Anyway, that’s all I want to do is assign a Thumbnail, title, and description to the “share this link” window that pops up when you click the bottom Facebook share button from the blog’s Home page. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
David
