• I apologize if this has been asked before, but I need help fixing my RSS feed.

The featured image of every post on our blog has suddenly appeared before the written content of each post on the RSS feed only. You can’t see it on our actual blog, but when a website like business2community.com pulls one of our posts through the feed, a full-size featured image appears first before the written content just like the rss feed. I don’t want the featured image to appear at the beginning of the post. We already have it tucked inside the article and formatted. However, a featured image still needs to be set for social sharing thumbnails.

I don’t know if a plugin has done this… I’ve looked through all of mine to see if one might trigger this to happen, but I can’t find anything. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

I hope this makes sense, and here’s an example of what I’m talking about.

Here’s the post as it appears on our blog:

Here’s the same post on Business2Community:

Also, this is the rss feed. You’ll have to scroll down a bit to get to the blog post I’m talking about, but you’ll be able to easily see on every post that the rss feed is pulling the featured image as the first part of every blog post:
