Featured image and custom field??

I’m using php 5.3.28 and I have to use version 1.18 of Threewp Broadcast Plugin.
I have two problems:
1- when i update posts, I get the following error,

How do I solve this problem?

2- When check the “Broadcast custom fields” and created a post and broadcast it to my subsites, Featured image transfer but other plugin content or data in the post NOT transfer and disappear (such as “wordpress seo by yoast” or “Quick page post redirect”, etc.)
And its inverse
when uncheck the “Broadcast custom fields”, Featured image NOT transfer but custom field or data of other plugin transfer!

How do i broadcast BOTH at the same time??
