Feature request: Prevent featured image as gallery

    Hi I’ve been playing around with postie for some time and this is one of the things I think is missing.

    You added an option to use the first image as a feature image which I love, but I don’t necessarily want to have the feature image show up in my post. At the moment it will be added automatically to the bottom of the post ( I’m using the plain text approach for adding images )

    Could we have an option either to disable the images at the bottom or just disable the first image from showing if you select it for a feature image?

    I thought the option “Automatically insert image gallery: No” would prevent images from beeing added to the bottom but it doesn’t seem to do that.

    I’ll take a look and see how difficult it might be.

    “Automatically insert image gallery: No”
    This controls whether Postie uses a [gallery] shortcode or not, that is all.
