Feature Request – Pagination for long series

Hello,

Firstly, thanks for creating such an AMAZING plugin, it really is good.

I was wondering whether you had though about potentially adding a pagination system or something to handle series with a lot of posts?

Currently I have the series contents included as a list within the current article being viewed (see here), with long lists it can take up half the page, spoil reading enjoyment and ruin the aesthetics of the page.

A possible ‘ << earlier posts | later posts >> ‘ pagination of some kind at the bottom of the series list would solve this problem and be a fine addition to your plugin.
