Feature request: Inject viarables

Very nice plugin, it saves us a lot of time. Thx!

I believe it is currently not possible to include arguments in a text-block?

For example;

[text-blocks id="1" name="Ronaldo"]

And then have a text block like;

<p>{{name}} is a well known soccer player</p>

This would be really nice.
