Feature Request: Global CSS/JS

    Hi Steve,
    nice plugin, I’ve been looking for something like this for quite a while. Currently as far as I understand you can add additional JS/CSS to pages/posts/custom post types. For small projects I would need to create global JS/CSS, just like with “Simple Custom CSS and JS” or “Custom CSS and Javascript” plugins without creating a custom build pipeline. The plugins are good, but neither does support SCSS AND Coffeescript. So it would be awesome if you would support global SCSS/Coffeescript.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I do plan to add functionality like that in the future. I think it will be very useful as well. I can’t give a specific time line though.
