Feature Request: Emoji caching?

Hi guys,
I don’t know whether it’s something you would consider, but a fair amount of people out there seem to leave emoji enabled on their sites. Therefore, would it be possible to implement something similar to: https://wordpress.org/plugins/local-emoji/, where Hummingbird has an “advanced feature” alonside “disable emoji” to cache emoji’s and serve them locally instead?
